All three extra virgin olive oils you will try, come from the beloved Koroneiki variety, yet each carries its own unique expression plus you will get to compare them with a defective one. During the tasting, you’ll learn how to identify the hallmarks of high-quality olive oil — the aromas, intensity, and balance that define them and how to distinguish olive oil categories. You will also explore the fascinating link between high-phenolic olive oil and its well-documented benefits for human health.
