Catamaran Private Cruise to Spinalonga & Kolokitha Bay

Set out on a private Sailing Trip from Agios Nikolaos across the Mirabello Gulf, combining one of eastern Crete’s most important historical sites with time to swim and relax at Kolokitha Bay. The six hour experience is exclusively for your group, with space for up to 19 guests aboard a comfortable catamaran. You’ll sail towards Spinalonga, the small fortified island opposite Elounda and Plaka. Step ashore to explore the Venetian fortifications, former houses, narrow streets and traces of the island’s years as a leper colony. The visit usually allows around 60 to 90 minutes to walk through the archaeological site before returning to the catamaran. From Spinalonga, continue through the Mirabello Gulf to Kolokitha Bay. Here the catamaran anchors for swimming, snorkeling and time on deck. Masks, snorkels and fins are provided, so you can explore the shallow, sandy bottom before returning aboard for a full Cretan meal.
