Traveler cancellations
Travelers receive a full refund when they cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the experience. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
PROVIDERS
Provider cancellations
Confirmed bookings should always be honored. If you must cancel a confirmed booking, the traveler will receive a full refund. Repeated provider cancellations may affect the status of your experience.
If weather, safety, or circumstances beyond your control affect an experience, contact TravelnDo support as soon as possible.

How much does it cost to join TravelnDo?
There is no upfront fee to create an account or list an experience. TravelnDo charges a 25% commission, VAT included, only when you receive a completed booking.
Are bookings sent as requests?
No. TravelnDo only supports live, instantly confirmed bookings. When a traveler completes a booking for an available time slot, the booking is confirmed automatically.
Can I accept or reject individual bookings?
No. Because bookings are confirmed instantly, every available time slot must be accurate and ready to operate.
How do I manage availability?
You can connect a supported reservation system through our API or manage your schedules, capacity, prices, and unavailable dates directly from your TravelnDo partner dashboard.
How will I know when I receive a booking?
You will receive an email notification for every booking. You can also see and manage your bookings from your partner dashboard. If you use a supported API connection, the booking can also be sent directly to your reservation system.
What is the cancellation policy?
