Health & Safety Standards

COVID-19 Guidelines

We encourage all hosts to follow local health authority guidelines. Hosts should clearly communicate any health and safety measures in their experience descriptions.

Food Safety

Hosts offering food-related experiences must follow proper food safety and hygiene practices, comply with local health regulations, and disclose common allergens.

Activity Safety

For physical activities or adventures, hosts must provide appropriate safety equipment, give clear instructions, and ensure activities are suitable for participants' skill levels.

Reporting Safety Concerns

If you experience or witness any safety issues, please report them to us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
