Food and wine pairing course, introducing you to Cretan gastronomy in Heraklion

Follow us on a guided tour around the winery, where we are going to be introduced to the wine making process and history of Crete. Under the guidance of our sommelier, complete your experience by pairing six of our most prestigious wines with traditional local cheese, Cretan olive oil and Mediterranean inspired condiments, to unlock new paths of enjoyment and learn the fundamentals of food and wine pairings. Served with rusk and a platter of three traditional cheese, olive oil and local condiments, each chosen to accompany the respective wine.
