We then invite you to discover the essence of our land through an authentic olive oil tasting. Here, you will taste two award-winning extra virgin olive oils from the Koroneiki variety and compare them with a defective sample, recognize quality characteristics and choose the olive oil that suits your taste and enhances your everyday cooking. During the tasting, you’ll learn how to identify the hallmarks of high-quality olive oil — the aromas, intensity, and balance — and how to distinguish olive oil categories. You will also discover the relationship between high-phenolic olive oil and its well-documented benefits for human health. The Olive Oil Tasting experience takes place at a small courtyard within the olive grove, under the shade of our pergola, embraced by olive trees whose branches intertwine with the structure, creating a canopy of natural shade.
