Following the tour, you will enjoy a guided tasting session in our indoor tasting room or under our shaded outdoor pergola, overlooking the estate. The Wine Tasting (5 Single-Varietal Labels): We focus on the gems of the Cretan earth, exploring 4 indigenous varieties and one world-class grape that thrives in our terroir: Vilana Petradias: The undisputed queen of Crete; a crisp white wine with delicate citrus aromas and a refreshing, zesty finish. Vidiano Petradias: An ancient Cretan treasure; a complex, full-bodied white with elegant notes of apricot and a creamy, velvet texture. Assyrtiko Petradias: A world-renowned variety that expresses a unique mineral character in our soil. Kotsifali Petradias: A classic red variety, smooth and aromatic, capturing the essence of the island. Mandilari Petradias: The "king" of Cretan red grapes, bold, structured, and full of character.
