Your journey begins with an exclusive tour of our winery, where you will explore our production and aging facilities. Following the tour, we will head to the magical Fragospito—a historic Frankish-era manor located just a few minutes away, which inspired the very name of our winery. Upon arrival at Fragospito, you will take a scenic walk through the private vineyards surrounding the estate, discovering the unique terroir and the indigenous grape varieties that define our craft.
The experience culminates under the shade of our beautiful pergola, right next to the historic house. There, you will be personally welcomed by one of the winery owners for a deep dive into our family tradition, the history of the manor, and a premium tasting of our finest wines accompanied by an authentic Cretan feast.

Vilana Petradias: The white "queen" of Crete in its most elegant, crystal expression.
Assyrtiko Petradias: A wine of strong personality, characterized by its signature minerality.
Fragospito White: Our estate’s signature white blend, perfectly balanced and aromatic.
AN Rose Demisec: An elegant, semi-dry rosé with delicate notes of red forest fruits.
Kotsifali Petradias: The classic Cretan red variety in its most refined and polished version.
Fragospito Red: A robust, full-bodied red wine with a complex character and a long finish.
The Gastronomy (Authentic Cretan Table)
Wine meets tradition in a feast prepared with the finest local ingredients:
Traditional Greek Salad: With sun-ripened tomatoes, crisp cucumber, feta cheese, olives, and green peppers, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
Fava: A velvety yellow split pea puree, served simply to highlight its earthy flavor.
Cretan Graviera: Our traditional aged hard cheese, the perfect companion for wine.
Gemista: Hand-stuffed vegetables with rice and aromatic herbs (prepared traditionally without meat).
Slow-Roasted Lamb: Oven-baked, tender meat that melts in your mouth.
Artisan Bread: Freshly baked traditional bread to accompany every bite.
(Note: The menu can be fully adapted for Vegetarian guests by omitting the lamb, as our Gemista are meat-free).
